Each unit has separate, secured mechanical room accessible (by maintenance only) from common hallways. Mechanical systems for each unit can occur with limiting disruption to occupants and additional privacy and security.

Parkview Townhomes pool, located at 12522 S Chelsea St, will be available to all Parkview Apartment residents this summer while the apartment pool is under construction. Please reach out to the leasing office to receive a pool key fob.
